sautéed with fresh sliced mushrooms, marsala wine and cream

6 ounce New York Steak

with demi glaze sauce and topped with herbed butter. Prepared to medium unless otherwise specified

Baked Organic Scottish Salmon

stuffed with Blue Crab, served with lemon butter sauce and a fresh orange-papaya salsa

Beef Wellington

filet mignon baked in a puff pastry, served with sauce béarnaise

Handmade Pasta and Meatballs

(the meatballs are made with filet mignon) topped with tomato marinara, Parmesan cheese and fresh basil

Chicken Wings, Buffalo Style

one dozen wings tossed with Frank’s Hot Sauce, served with celery and carrot sticks and blue cheese dressing (Ranch dressing is not available)
The wings are prepared to medium heat but can be spiced up if you prefer

with house made hand cut pasta, sliced pasilla chili, jalapeño sauce, garlic, fresh chopped cilantro and a bit of cream
