including both white and dark meat, sage stuffing, mashed potato and gravy, cranberry sauce and seasonal vegetable

Organic Scottish Salmon

stuffed with Maine lobster and Mexican blue crab served with champagne beurre blanc, mashed potato and seasonal vegetable

Prime Rib of Beef

with sauce au jus, mashes potato and seasonal vegetable. Creamed horseradish available if you like
