TODAY’S MENU

All Entrées are $20 and include the following:

• House baked wheat bread and butter

• A cup of Soup du Jour

• A Salad of mixed organic Santa Barbara Farmers Market greens, which includes our own house made Dijon Vinaigrette on the side

• Seasonal vegetables topped with a bit of Parmesan cheese

• A pair of sautéed potato cakes topped with sour cream (except for pasta dishes)

TONIGHT’S ENTRÉE SELECTIONS:

• Classic Chicken Marsala sautéed with fresh sliced mushrooms, marsala wine and cream

• 6 ounce New York Steak with demi glaze sauce and topped with herbed butter
  Prepared to medium unless otherwise specified

• Baked Organic Scottish Salmon stuffed with Blue Crab, served with lemon butter sauce and a fresh orange-papaya salsa

• Oven Roasted Turkey including both white and dark meat, sage stuffing, mashed potato and gravy, cranberry sauce

• Spicy Chicken Pasta with house made hand cut pasta, sliced pasilla chili, jalapeño sauce, garlic, fresh chopped cilantro and a bit of cream

• Handmade Spinach Pasta Ravioli filled with wild mushrooms, artichoke, goat cheese, garlic and fresh oregano. Served with tomato marinara and Parmesan cheese
